Our Team

Eric as been a professional in the mortgage business for 20+ years.  He has worked and gained experience over the years with reputable companies such as Chase Manhattan and American Residential.  Taking care of his clients’ financial needs in a personal and professional manner is and always has been his top priority.  Eric opened WelcomHome Mortgage in October of 2005, so he could always promise to provide the best programs and services to customers in a more personalized manner.  He absolutely loves what he does and enjoys working with each client and each situation to help make it come together in the end.

Rob has been in the mortgage industry for 3 years now.  Previous to working in the mortgage business, Rob worked in the high-tech industry.  This fast pace environment gave him an extensive background in consultation, research/analysis, design engineering, customer service and sales. Since he has worked as a Loan Officer, Rob finds that his customers appreciate that level of professionalism and interpersonal skill. Rob has made it a priority to help people solve problems. Instead of fitting your needs to a specific product, Rob will find a product that fits your needs!

Käri graduated from Gonzaga University in 2004.  She studied various subjects narrowing her degree down to a major in Public Relations with a minor in Advertising.  She has worked with many different larger companies through her college experience doing numerous jobs from setting up web sites and fixing computers, to sending out newsletters and managing expenses.  She got her chance to get her foot in the door upon meeting with Eric Harlington and assisting him for the last couple years.  She had the opportunity to assist him in opening the new branch, WelcomHome, back in October of 2005.  She has learned an intense amount of information in this process and is excited for her continuing education in the business.

Natasha also graduated from Gonzaga in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Arts and Sciences.  Before working at WelcomHome Mortgage, Natasha worked as an assistant manager and pet nutritionist.  She was recently given the opportunity to make an exciting career change and join the WelcomHome crew as a loan processor.  She has learned the tricks of the trade very quickly and is excited to keep broadening her knowledge in the finance field and is excited about what the future in this field has to bring to her!

Kim and Eric have been married for over 25 years.  Kim has worked in the mortgage business for about 6 years now.  She is an attorney by trade, but helps put time in down here at WelcomHome to make everything run smoothly!  She is very skilled in solving customer service issues and is a major contributor to making our customers’ mortgage experience positive.
